Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React (frontend) and Python (backend) to build scalable, high-performance web applications. The candidate will work across UI, backend services, and APIs in a collaborative Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive user interfaces using React.js
• Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Python
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services
• Work on end-to-end feature development across the stack
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications

Required Skills

Frontend

• Strong experience with React.js
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with state management (Redux / Context API)
• Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Backend

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with Django / Flask / FastAPI
• Hands-on experience in REST API development
• Knowledge of authentication & authorization mechanisms

Database & Tools

• Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL)
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of Docker / containerization
