Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science (or equivalent experience with 6+ years in software engineering.

Proficiency in at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue, or Angular) and strong

server-side experience with Node.js or similar.

Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, algorithms, and architecture

patterns.

Hands-on experience with source control systems (Git or similar).

Proven ability to lead small teams or projects with strong organizational and communication

skills.

Experience working in agile, Scrum-based environments with a focus on delivering business

value.

Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, work independently, and adapt quickly in a
