Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design user experiences, writing backend code, and utilizing innovative technologies to deliver solutions that enhance client services. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the systems you develop are efficient and effective in addressing business challenges, all while maintaining a cloud-first and agile approach. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Mentor junior professionals, guiding them in their development and helping them navigate complex challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies. - Experience with database design and optimization. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and services. - Ability to work with various programming languages and frameworks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
