Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Your typical day will involve using your development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. You will leverage new technologies to solve challenging business problems with a cloud-first and agile mindset. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both frontend and backend development. - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. - Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft PeopleTools. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with PeopleSoft HCM or Financials. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Knowledge of relational databases and SQL. - Familiarity with version control systems like Git. - Ability to work in an agile development environment. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft PeopleTools. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
