Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. You will use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the team in implementing best practices for software development. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in full stack development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with backend technologies like C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server. - Hands-on experience in developing responsive web applications. - Knowledge of cloud technologies and deployment strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
