Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Engineer to join our healthcare technology team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and quality. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in modern engineering practices and thrive in an Agile environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - • Design, develop, and maintain healthcare applications and components including: • Browser-based single-page applications (SPAs) • Micro frontends • Microservices • Orchestrated workflows • Participate in all phases of software engineering: • Requirements analysis • Application design • Code development • Testing and deployment • Follow Agile/Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software releases every two weeks. • Apply object-oriented principles and design patterns to build robust and scalable systems. • Contribute across the full software product lifecycle: from prototyping and architecture to deployment. • Define and drive improvements in code quality, automation, code coverage, and inspection processes. • Conduct code and design reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables. • Mentor developers on coding standards, problem-solving, and application architecture. • Develop unit and integration tests using a test-driven development (TDD) approach. • Document and communicate design and code specifications effectively. • Adapt to new programming languages, platforms, and frameworks as needed. • Maintain a structured and disciplined approach to work. • Comply with company policies, procedures, and directives, including flexibility in work location, team assignments, and shifts. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js, Angular. - Strong understanding of web development frameworks and libraries. - Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
