Summary: The Cognitive Workplace Collab Full Stack Engineer designs and develops cognitive cloud applications and services—ranging from user interfaces to API layers and AI integration middleware. The engineer works across front-end, back-end, and cloud infrastructure layers to deliver intelligent, data-driven solutions that leverage AI/ML models, agentic workflows, and cognitive automation frameworks The role involves designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-grade collaboration platforms and unified communication services across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP). The engineer will work closely with cross-functional IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendor partners to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing collaboration solutions that enable seamless communication and productivity for our global workforce. Roles & Responsibilities: • Design, build, and manage collaboration platforms and unified communication services which include M365, Teams, OneDrive and highly available cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Implement Enterprise Voice solutions on Microsoft Teams, Zoom & Cisco • Design and develop scalable applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Terraform and Graph API. • Implement Compliance policies for secure file sharing, storage policies, and access management. • Enable Seamless integration of between the Hybrid environments • Support and integrate services across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform for hybrid collaboration environments. • Collaborate with cloud architects to ensure platform scalability, security, and compliance. • Develop and maintain PowerShell/Python scripts to automate administrative tasks, reporting, and monitoring of UCC services. • Automate deployment pipelines and manage CI/CD workflows using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions. • Contribute to operational efficiency through automation and self-service capabilities. • Implement collaboration governance frameworks including retention, compliance, and DLP policies. • Work with Digital Experience and Service Desk teams to ensure proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of collaboration-related issues. • Advanced support & RCA: Lead Tier 3 investigations, run blameless postmortems, and deliver data backed action plans. • Integrate and support AI-driven tools and frameworks, including Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies, within cloud infrastructure and applications. • Documentation & enablement: Publish patterns, runbooks, and ADRs; coach operations/regional teams to scale adoption Professional & Technical Skills: • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams Administration (incl. Enterprise Voice / Direct Routing / SBC integration), OneDrive Administration and Exchange Online Basics. • Experience with Migration tools like Quest on Demand, Sharegate and Microsoft Migration Manager. • Solid understanding of Office 365 Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Yammer, Planner, etc.) and Cloud management concepts. • Good cloud knowledge on Azure Fundamentals, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Google Cloud Digital Leader. • Google Workspace administration and interoperability knowledge. • Good understanding of Networking fundamentals (DNS, VPN, Firewalls, SIP/VoIP) and PowerShell scripting (automation, reporting, administration). • Platform administration across M365, Google Workspace, and Entra ID—including Conditional Access and identity lifecycle basics. • Automation: PowerShell (advanced), Terraform (modules, state), and Microsoft Graph API (device, user, app endpoints). • Cloud foundations: Azure fundamentals (IaaS) and AWS Cloud Practitioner level understanding. • GenAI literacy: Designing Copilot/Gemini prompts and copilots for workplace scenarios; orchestrating Lang Chain RAG workflows grounded in approved content. • Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues. • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to manage complex hybrid environments. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Certifications (Required / Preferred): Required: • Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700) • Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900) • Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) Preferred: • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner • Google Cloud Digital Leader • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-100/MS-102) • Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900) • Quest / Sharegate product certifications (if available) Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
