Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Your typical day will involve working on Apple iOS application development, performing maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure the quality of the code. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in iOS application development and implement them in the project. - Work on bug fixing and improving application performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apple iOS application development using Swift and Objective-C. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with third-party libraries and APIs, knowledge of iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Solid grasp of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software engineering concepts. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Apple iOS application development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality iOS applications. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
