Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Enterprise Integration Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing integration solutions that connect various systems and applications across the enterprise. You will work closely with business units, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow and process integration. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. **Integration Architecture Design:** - Design and develop integration architecture to connect disparate systems and applications. - Ensure the architecture supports scalability, performance, and security. - Create architectural blueprints and technical documentation. 2. **Technical Leadership:** - Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on integration best practices. - Conduct code and architecture reviews to ensure adherence to best practices. - Mentor and coach team members on integration technologies and methodologies. 3. **Collaboration:** - Work closely with business units, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of integration solutions. 4. **Quality Assurance:** - Ensure high-quality code and integrations through automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment practices. - Identify and address technical debt and architectural risks. 5. **Innovation and Optimization:** - Stay up-to-date with the latest integration technologies, tools, and best practices. - Continuously evaluate and recommend new integration tools, frameworks, and technologies. - Optimize integration solutions for cost, performance, and security. 6. **Governance and Compliance:** - Develop and enforce integration policies, standards, and guidelines. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Strong proficiency with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, JMS, and APIs. - Deep understanding of integration patterns, including point-to-point, hub-and-spoke, and enterprise service bus (ESB). - Experience with Azure Integration Services, including: - Azure Logic Apps - Azure API Management - Azure Service Bus - Azure Event Grid - Azure Data Factory - Strong knowledge of data modeling, transformation, and mapping. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven architectures. - Knowledge of API management and gateway technologies. - Experience with monitoring and observability tools for integration solutions. - Certification in integration platforms or related technologies. - **Experience:** - 12+ years of experience in IT with a focus on integration architecture and design. - Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise integration solutions. - Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel, or similar. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Integration Architecture Blueprint & Design Solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
