Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cloud Security Architect with a focus on Azure to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security solutions in our Azure cloud environment. You will work closely with development teams, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure our cloud infrastructure is secure, compliant, and resilient. Roles & Responsibilities: - 1. **Security Architecture Design:** - Design and develop security architecture for Azure cloud solutions. - Ensure the architecture supports scalability, performance, and security. - Create security blueprints and technical documentation. 2. **Technical Leadership:** - Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and operations teams on security best practices. - Conduct security reviews and assessments to ensure adherence to best practices. - Mentor and coach team members on cloud security and Azure best practices. 3. **Collaboration:** - Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand security requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure secure deployment and operation of cloud services. 4. **Security Governance:** - Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and guidelines for Azure cloud environments. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS. - Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses. 5. **Incident Management:** - Lead incident response activities and forensic investigations for security breaches. - Develop and maintain incident response plans and playbooks. 6. **Continuous Improvement:** - Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure security services, features, and best practices. - Continuously evaluate and recommend new security tools, frameworks, and technologies. - Optimize security posture for cost, performance, and resilience. Professional & Technical Skills: - - Strong proficiency with Azure security services such as Azure Security Center, Azure Key Vault, Azure Active Directory, Azure Sentinel, and Azure Policy. - Deep understanding of cloud security architecture patterns, including identity and access management, data protection, and threat protection. - Experience with security automation and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Azure Bicep, or ARM templates. - Strong knowledge of networking, security, and identity management in Azure. - Familiarity with CI/CD security integration and DevSecOps practices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Azure certifications such as Azure Security Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). - Experience with multi-cloud security and hybrid cloud architectures. - Knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls. - Experience with security monitoring and incident response tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights. - **Experience:** - 10+ years of experience in IT security with a focus on cloud security. - 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure security. - Proven experience designing and implementing security solutions in cloud environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Security Architecture Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
