Full Stack Engineer - (2-4 Years) (Node.js, MongoDB, AWS & DevOps) (10LPA)

About the role

Our client is seeking a Full Stack Engineer (Node.js, MongoDB, AWS DevOps) (2-4 years) to join their team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS DevOps, along with a solid understanding of AI-driven products and workflows. This role involves close collaboration with AI, product, and engineering teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that power intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js.
• Build and manage NoSQL databases using MongoDB.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate AI models and APIs into production systems.
• Understand AI product workflows including model inference, data pipelines, and deployment.
• Implement and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS DevOps tools.
• Ensure system performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Monitor applications, troubleshoot issues, and optimize backend performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB.
• Good understanding of REST APIs / Microservices architecture.
• Working knowledge of AI-based products and how backend systems support ML models.
• Strong experience with AWS Cloud Services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.).
• Experience with AWS DevOps tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus).
• Knowledge of Linux environments and server management.
• Experience with Git / version control systems.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React or Angular.
• Experience in building and deploying AI-driven applications.
• Understanding of containerisation and orchestration tools.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience in backend or full stack development.
• Demonstrated experience in building production-grade applications.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
