Full Stack Development Intern

Job Description

RegisterKaro is looking for a Full Stack Development Intern to work on real, production-level applications that support our legal and compliance technology platforms. This role is best suited for strong candidates with solid development fundamentals who are ready to contribute in a fast-paced startup environment.

What youll do:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain frontend and backend features for live products
• Build and integrate REST APIs and backend services
• Work with databases and understand real-world business and compliance data flows
• Debug, optimize, and improve application performance
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to deliver high-quality features

What were looking for:

Strong fundamentals in JavaScript and core web development concepts

Hands-on experience with React / Next.js or similar frontend frameworks

Working knowledge of backend development (Node.js , Express, etc.)

Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and basic data modeling

• Comfortable with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Ability to take ownership, learn quickly, and work with minimal supervision

Nice to have:

• Previous internship experience in software development
• Well-documented personal, academic, or freelance projects
• Understanding of APIs, authentication, and deployment basics
• Active GitHub profile or portfolio
