Focusing on Expertise:

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer who is strong in Node.js (backend) and has hands-on experience in React.js (frontend). This role involves building high-performance, scalable web applications and working across the full development lifecyclefrom system design and development to deployment and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js

Integrate frontend components using React.js, ensuring smooth UI and user interactions

Maintain application performance and troubleshoot any issues related to logic, integration, or performance

Collaborate with designers, QA, and product managers to define and deliver quality features

Write reusable, testable, and scalable code following industry best practices

Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, and release planning activities

Core Competencies:

Backend Development: Strong expertise in Node.js and Express.js

Frontend Development: Proficient with React.js for building component-based UIs

Databases: Working knowledge of MongoDB and MySQL (or equivalent)

Cloud: Familiarity with deployment and basic configuration in Azure or AWS

Version Control: Experience using Git or similar tools

Soft Skills: Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving mindset

Technical Proficiency:

Strong hands-on experience in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, and Express.js

Working knowledge of React.js, HTML5, and CSS3

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniques

Exposure to Agile development processes and remote collaboration tools

Experience with debugging tools, Postman, and API testing tools

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

2-3 years of experience in full stack development

Hands-on experience in real-time projects or product development

Desirable Credentials:

Familiarity with containerization (Docker) is a plus

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows is advantageous

Willingness to learn new tools and technologies in a fast-paced environment
