Role Overview

We are looking for a talentedFull Stack Developer specializing inDjango andReact to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer at Xenon, you will play a crucial role in building scalable, high-performance web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop both the front-end and back-end of our applications, ensuring seamless functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Position : Full Stack Developer

Location : On-Site in Bengaluru, India

Salary : 30,000 - 40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend APIs usingDjango andDjango REST Framework (DRF) .
• Design and implement user-friendly, responsive front-end components usingReact , including state management with tools like Redux or Context API.
• Collaborate with the product team to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Implement intuitive user interfaces usingCSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Material-UI).
• Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues across the stack.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and bring innovative ideas to the table.

QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience :

• Backend Development : Strong experience withDjango andDjango REST Framework , including authentication, ORM, and database integration.
• Frontend Development : Proficiency inReact , including hooks, component-based architecture, and API integration.
• Experience with modern CSS frameworks and tools (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Material-UI).
• Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and database schema design.
• Hands-on experience with Git and version control workflows (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).

Preferred Skills :

• Familiarity with containerization tools likeDocker .
• Experience with deploying applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
• Knowledge ofWebSockets for real-time data and notifications.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS architecture.

Educational Background :

• Bachelors degree inComputer Science ,Engineering , or a related field (unless proof of exceptional ability).
