We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong blend of frontend, backend, CMS, database, and UI/UX design capabilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across the entire software development lifecyclefrom requirement analysis and SRS documentation to design, development, deployment, and maintenance.

This role requires hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, CMS platforms, backend programming, databases, and design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, and Figma.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications
• Build frontend interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React
• Develop backend systems using PHP and Python
• Integrate APIs, third-party services, and payment gateways
• Ensure code quality, security, scalability, and performance optimization

• Develop and customize websites using:
• WordPress
• WooCommerce
• Joomla
• Create custom themes, plugins, and extensions
• Manage website performance, backups, updates, and security

• Create and modify designs using Photoshop, Canva, and Figma
• Convert UI/UX designs into fully functional web pages
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to improve user experience

• Design and manage databases using:
• MySQL
• NoSQL databases (MongoDB or equivalent)
• Write optimized queries and ensure data integrity
• Handle server-side logic and deployment support

• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Write clear and detailed Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)
• Maintain technical documentation and development reports
  

• Work closely with project managers, designers, and QA teams
• Participate in code reviews and agile development cycles
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support

• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React
• Backend: PHP, Python
• CMS: WordPress, WooCommerce, Joomla
• Databases: MySQL, NoSQL
• Design Tools: Photoshop, Canva, Figma
• Documentation: Proficient in writing Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)

• Strong understanding of web architecture and SDLC
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Experience working with international clients (UK, US, EU is a plus)
• Knowledge of hosting environments, CI/CD, and basic DevOps concepts
