We are looking for a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer(Mern Stack) to join our tech team and lead the development of high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js .
• Architect scalable solutions, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
• Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and cross-platform compatibility .
• Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring smooth deployment and performance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to continuously improve processes.

Requirements :

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with expertise in the MERN stack .
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB .
• Solid understanding of REST API design, microservices, and scalable architecture .
• Experience with Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) .
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility .
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.

Good to Have :

• Knowledge of TypeScript, Next.js, Redux, or GraphQL .
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and serverless deployment models.
• Prior experience in agency or startup environments .
