Job Overview

We are looking to onboard one experienced Full Stack Developer who will act as the core owner of all custom website development . This role is critical to eliminate outsourcing dependency and independently manage, enhance, and scale all ongoing and future custom web projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end development , from UI to backend services and basic DevOps, ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain end-to-end features using React (JavaScript/TypeScript) on the frontend and Node.js with Express on the backend.
• Develop responsive, high-performance UIs using HTML, CSS , and modern UI frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or Chakra UI .
• Design, develop, and optimize databases using:
• MongoDB (Mongoose, aggregation pipelines, indexing)
• MySQL (schemas, joins, migrations)
• Create and maintain secure REST and/or GraphQL APIs .
• Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, sessions, and role-based access control.
• Integrate payment gateways and third-party services as required.
• Handle server-side configurations , logging, monitoring, and error handling.
• Manage basic DevOps responsibilities , including:
• Linux server management
• npm/PM2 process management
• Docker containers
• Simple CI/CD pipelines
• Take complete ownership of custom website projects from development to deployment and maintenance.

Must-Have Skills

• React.js (Hooks, component architecture)
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• HTML5, CSS3
• React Router and state management libraries (Context API, Redux, or Zu stand )
• Node.js & Express.js
• MongoDB & MySQL
• UI frameworks: Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or Chakra UI
• Strong understanding of web fundamentals , including:
• HTTP/HTTPS
• CORS
• Caching strategies
• Asynchronous programming
• API security & validation best practices

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Prisma ORM
• Redis for caching
• Background jobs, queues, or schedulers
• WebSocket's / real-time features
• Cloud exposure: AWS, GCP, Azure, or Digital Ocean
• Containerization using Docker
