Required Technical Stack

• Frontend: React.js, TypeScript
• Backend: NestJS / Node.js
• Database: MySQL
• ORM: Prisma ORM
• Testing: Jest (Unit & Integration Testing)
• CI/CD: Azure DevOps Pipelines

Key Responsibilities

1. Frontend & Backend Development

• Design and develop custom Monday.com board views and widgets.
• Build scalable frontend components using React.js and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services using NestJS / Node.js.
• Ensure clean architecture and maintainable code standards.

2. API Development & Integrations

• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs.
• Integrate third-party services including:
• Microsoft Graph API
• Adobe APIs
• Frame.io APIs
• ServiceNow APIs
• Implement secure and scalable authentication/authorization mechanisms.

3. Database & Data Modeling

• Design data models using MySQL.
• Implement efficient querying and optimization using Prisma ORM.
• Ensure performance tuning and scalability of backend systems.

4. Testing & Deployment

• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using Jest.
• Deploy applications using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure high-quality releases through structured deployment processes.

5. Platform Sustainment & Optimization

• Support and maintain existing Monday.com integrations, custom boards, and automations.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and ensure platform stability.
• Re-engineer legacy automations and integrations by leveraging newly available Monday.com features such as:
• Workflow-based automation replacements
• Column templates and managed templates
• Formula-driven logic improvements
• Continuously optimize the system to reduce technical debt.

6. UI/UX & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to improve usability and user experience.
• Work closely with Sustain, Operations, CSM, and SRE teams.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Translate demanding business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Required Experience

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in:
• React.js & TypeScript development
• Backend development (NestJS / Node.js)
• Strong experience building REST APIs and integrating third-party systems.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL and Prisma ORM.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred).
• Experience working in production environments with operational accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience developing within the Monday.com ecosystem.
• Experience re-architecting automation-heavy platforms into workflow-driven designs.
• Exposure to microservices or event-driven architectures.
• Strong debugging and incident management capabilities.
• Experience working in high-pressure, stakeholder-driven environments.
