Full Stack Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to support the development of advanced applications in a regulated environment (e.g., pharma clinical development and R&D). This role involves hands-on engineering work to enhance scalability, improve code quality, and optimize solution design for production readiness.

This is a remote position with working hours from 1 pm to 10 pm Mon - Fri

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain front-end applications usingReact(in Vite).
• Build and optimize back-end services with Python(FastAPI).
• Deploy and maintain front-end applications on Kubernetes (AWS EKS).
• Collaborate closely with data science, data engineering and devops teams to integrate CICD and AI-driven pipelines.
• Contribute to system architecture and design for scalability and performance.
• Engage confidently with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in full-stack development (React, Vite, Python, FastAPI).
• Strong understanding of AI-accelerated development and modern software practices.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Prior experience in pharma or similar regulated industries is a plus.
• Understanding of UX practices is a plus
• Experience integrating front-end applications with Databricks a very big advantage.
• Experience scaling for performance front-end applications with AI components is a plus.
