Full Stack Developer (React and PHP)

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION

We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. You will beresponsible for the end-to-end development of our web applications, from building highlyinteractive user interfaces in React to designing robust server-side logic and database schemasin PHP and MySQL

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Frontend: Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces usingReact.js.
• Backend: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient PHP code to power our server-sidelogic.
• Database: Design, optimize, and manage MySQL databases, ensuring data integrityand query performance.
• Version Control: Manage codebase integrity using Git (branching, merging, and pullrequests).
• Collaboration: Work closely with design and product teams to translate wireframesinto functional features.
• Performance: Identify bottlenecks and debug issues across the entire application stack.

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proven experience with React hooks, state management (Redux or Context API), andmodern ES6+ JavaScript.
• Strong proficiency in PHP (experience with frameworks like Laravel or Symfony is aplus).
• Solid understanding of relational database design, complex joins, and indexing.
• Fluency in Git workflow (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
• Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.
• Comfort with the command line, SSH, and basic server administration.
• Experience with Docker or CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of caching strategies (Redis/Memcached).
• Ability to pivot between frontend and backend tasks seamlessly.
• Clear articulation of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A "measure twice, cut once" approach to writing code and testing.
