Full Stack Developer – PHP

Adaan Digital is building an AI-first, performance-driven execution engine serving global markets.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (PHP Track) who combines:

• Strong backend expertise in PHP
• Deep WordPress architecture understanding
• Modern frontend experience (React.js or Vue.js)
• Systems thinking for scalable internal tools
• AI-augmented development discipline

This is not a maintenance-only role.

This is a build + optimise + scale role.

• Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins
• Extend and optimise WordPress core functionality
• Build scalable backend systems using PHP (Laravel/Symfony/CodeIgniter or similar)
• Design clean database structures (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• Develop secure RESTful APIs
• Optimise backend performance and query efficiency

• Build responsive and dynamic frontend interfaces
• Integrate frontend with backend APIs seamlessly
• Ensure component reusability and state management best practices
• Optimise rendering performance and loading speed
• Maintain cross-browser compatibility

• Build internal automation tools for operational efficiency
• Develop admin dashboards and reporting systems
• Improve productivity using system-driven solutions
• Contribute to AI-driven workflow integration

• Use AI tools daily for:
• Code scaffolding
• Refactoring
• Debugging
• Test case generation
• Documentation
• Increase output per hour without compromising code quality
• Contribute to internal AI engineering playbooks
• Automate repetitive development workflows

AI is not optional it is expected as a productivity multiplier.

• Write clean, modular, reusable code
• Conduct structured code reviews
• Follow version control best practices (Git)
• Maintain documentation clarity
• Ensure security best practices (OWASP awareness preferred)

• Strong PHP expertise (47 years)
• Experience with Laravel / Symfony / CodeIgniter or similar
• Deep WordPress architecture knowledge
• Hands-on React.js or Vue.js (minimum 2+ years)
• Strong JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• RESTful API development
• Database design & optimisation
• Git-based workflow discipline
• Build tools (Webpack, Vite, npm/yarn)
• Performance optimization mindset

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
• 47 years of professional web development experience
• Demonstrated experience in custom WordPress builds
• Experience building scalable production applications
