Full Stack Developer

About Position:

This role is ideal for a seasoned Java Backend Developer who excels in building scalable, highperformance backend systems using Spring Framework and related technologies. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently while contributing effectively in an Agile environment.

What You'll Do:

• As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications and services.
• You?ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and mentor junior developers.
• Build and maintain scalable applications using Node.js, React.js, and Next.js
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases for performance and reliability
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments on AWS/Azure
• Use Docker for containerization; Kubernetes experience is a plus
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• We are looking for someone with a strong technical foundation, leadership capabilities, and a passion for clean, efficient code.
• 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack development
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and Next.js
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and server-side architecture
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with Docker; Kubernetes is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
