Utah Tech Labs is a fast-growing technology company delivering cutting-edge solutions in IoT, logistics, field service, and enterprise applications. Were expanding our Kolkata team and looking for skilled developers passionate about building scalable, high-quality software.

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer (Node.js + React.js) with at least 3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling both backend and frontend responsibilities, building efficient APIs, and delivering seamless user interfaces.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using Node.js (backend) and React.js (frontend) .
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data modeling, optimization, and management.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure responsiveness, security, and high performance of applications.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in full stack development.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of professional full stack development experience .
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js .
• Experience with Express.js or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL .
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
• Ability to write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with GraphQL.
• Exposure to AI-driven coding platforms (Replit, GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.).
