Full Stack Developer (.Netcore + Flutter)

ShipsKart is a supply chain e-commerce solution for the Maritime and Offshore domain. Its app-based platform caters to multiple vendors, managers, purchase officers, and captains. ShipsKart is digitalising the Maritime procurement industry and developing warehouses pan India.

About the Role

We are looking for skilledFull Stack Developersto join our team to build and maintainShipskart Enterprise, a next-generation B2B SaaS platform for the maritime and supply chain industry.Youll work across the entire technology stack from backend microservices built on.NET Core,EF Core, andPostgreSQL/MongoDB, to cross-platform frontends built usingFlutterfor web, desktop, and mobile.

Youll collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and DevOps engineers to design, implement, and optimize scalable, secure, and maintainable features

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backendmicroservicesusing.NET CoreandEntity Framework Core.
• Build clean, responsive, and performant user interfaces usingFlutterforweb, mobile, and desktop.
• Work withPostgreSQLandMongoDBfor data persistence and optimization.
• Collaborate in the design of RESTful APIs and integrations between services.
• Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and code reviews.
• Implement unit/integration tests and ensure CI/CD readiness.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with DevOps for containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and deployment automation.
• Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and security.

Required Skills & Experience

• Required working experiencebetween 5 - 10 Years.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as aFull Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency withC#,.NET Core,Entity Framework Core, andLINQ.
• Experience in building and consumingRESTful APIsandmicroservice architectures.
• Good understanding ofPostgreSQLandMongoDBschema design, queries, and optimization.
• Proficiency inFlutter(for web and mobile),Dart, and UI state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc).
• Familiarity withGit,Docker, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps).
• Strong understanding ofsoftware design patterns,SOLID principles, andclean architecture.
• Experience withauthentication and authorization frameworks(JWT, OAuth, etc.).
• Ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience withmicroservice orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Exposure tocloud environments(AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Knowledge ofmessage brokers(RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus).
• Understanding ofdomain-driven design (DDD)andCQRSpatterns.
• Prior experience inenterprise SaaS platformsorB2B marketplaces
