Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python backend development and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js and/or Vue.js . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications , while working closely with cross-functional teams across product, design, and QA.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js and/or Vue.js
• Design, build, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Python
• Work with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI for backend development
• Design and consume RESTful APIs to support frontend and third-party integrations
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and security
• Maintain and enhance legacy systems using Jinja templates , where applicable
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies , including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Contribute to code reviews, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives

Mandatory Technical Skills

Frontend

• Strong experience with React.js and/or Vue.js
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and modern frontend development practices

Backend

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development

Development Practices

• Experience working with Git and version control systems
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

Backend & Infrastructure

• Backend Language: Python
• Frontend Stack: React.js / Vue.js; experience with Jinja templates for legacy systems
• Databases: MongoDB (primary) , PostgreSQL, MySQL

Desirable / Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms , preferably AWS
• Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or lending platforms
• Knowledge of scalable and distributed system design
• Exposure to microservices architecture and performance optimization
