Full Stack Developer – Healthcare Technology & AI Integration

Lux Hospitals is hiring a Full Stack Developer to own and build our healthcare technology ecosystem. You will integrate multiple hospital systems, marketing platforms, and AI tools into a unified data-driven infrastructure, and build dashboards and automated reports that directly drive business decisions.

Technical Skills

• Python and/or Node.js (backend development, APIs, data pipelines)
• React.js or Next.js (frontend dashboard development)
• PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Google BigQuery (database design & complex SQL)
• RESTful API integration and OAuth2 authentication
• AWS, GCP, or Azure (hosting, scheduled jobs, cloud infrastructure)
• Basic Docker and CI/CD pipeline knowledge

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience integrating CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
• Experience with Google Ads API, Meta Marketing API, or Google Analytics API
• Familiarity with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar)
• Experience building BI dashboards (Metabase, Grafana, Looker Studio, Power BI)
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline automation
• Exposure to healthcare/hospital management software integration
• Data visualization libraries (Chart.js, D3.js, Recharts)

• A self-starter who can own projects end-to-end without constant supervision
• A strong problem solver comfortable debugging across multiple integrated systems
• Someone who can communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical leadership
• Quick learner who adapts to new tools, APIs, and changing priorities
