Briqhaus is our flagship offering a SaaS-based PropTech CRM & ERP platform designed to manage the complete lifecycle of a real estate project, from pre-sales to post-sales, including lead management, inventory, bookings, collections, documentation, and customer servicing.

Role Overview

We are looking for a full-time Ruby on Rails Developer who will play a key role in enhancing and scaling our internal CRM systems as well as Briqhaus. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build robust, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with real estate workflows.

Experience Required: 24 years.

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications built on Ruby on Rails.
• Build new modules and features across CRM and ERP functions.
• Translate business requirements from product, legal, compliance, and sales teams into technical solutions.
• Optimize system performance, database design, and scalability.
• Integrate third-party services (payments, communication tools, government/RERA systems, etc.).
• Ensure platform security, stability, and data protection.
• Perform testing, debugging, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Experience with REST APIs and integrations.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Git and standard deployment workflows.

Good to Have

• Experience in SaaS products.
• Exposure to CRM/ERP systems.
• Understanding of the real estate / PropTech domain.
• Knowledge of background jobs, caching, and performance optimization.
