About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to support the frontend and backend development process. The goal is to have a highly experienced and reliable team member with a focus on developing and bug fixing.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing both the frontend and the backend, as well as fixing bugs in close collaboration with the development team.

You will work closely with Senior Software Engineers based in Germany and India and support the go-live of the project.

This is a hands-on role with a high responsibility for a new project. Exposure supporting DevOps stack is a plus.

Key Responsibilities.

• Frontend Development: Act in a senior developer role for the frontend development team. Implement the frontend based on confluence acceptance criteria and Figma designs.
• Backend Development: Act in a senior developer role for the backend development team. Implementation should be in coordination with the development team.
• Incident & Problem Management: Identify, analyze, and resolve incidents and technical issues. Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
• Support & Enhancements: Work on application support tickets as well as enhancement requests based on business needs. Participate in on-call support with the customer on a need basis.
• Change Management: Implement and coordinate application changes while minimizing operational impact.
• Team Collaboration: Closely collaborate with German team members, architects and product owners. Act as an interface between the frontend and backend.
