Role Overview

We are looking for a Java Full Stack Developer with 57 years of experience to build scalable backend services and modern web applications.Youllwork across Spring Boot microservices, data pipelines (ETL), Spark-based processing, and React/Next.js frontendscollaborating with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end features.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, andmaintainbackend services using Java and Spring Boot (REST APIs, microservices, integrations).
• Build andoptimizeETL pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and validating data from multiple sources.
• Implement scalable data processing workflows using Apache Spark (batch and/or streaming, as applicable).
• Develop modern, responsive UI components using React.js / Next.js and integrate them with backend APIs.
• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to design schemas, tune queries, and ensure data consistency.
• Ensure performance, reliability, security, andobservability (logging/monitoring)across services.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code;participatein code reviews and collaborate in Agile workflows.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause fixes and continuous improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 57 years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Strongproficiencyin Java and Spring Boot (REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate, microservices).
• Hands-on experience with ETL development (data transformation, orchestration, validation, error handling).
• Practical experience with Apache Spark (Spark SQL,DataFrames/Datasets;optimizingjobs is a plus).
• Strong frontend development experience with React.js and/or Next.js (hooks, state management,componentdesign).
• Good understanding of HTTP, REST, and API design best practices.
• Experience working with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle) and familiarity with NoSQL is a plus.
• Solid foundation in DSA, OOP, design patterns, and writing unit/integration tests.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and managed data services.
• Knowledge of orchestration tools like Airflow, Argo, or similar.
• Experience with messaging/streaming tools (Kafka, Kinesis, etc.).
• Familiarity with containers and CI/CD (Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions/Jenkins).
• Understanding ofauthentication/authorization (OAuth2, JWT).
• Exposure toobservability tools (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK/Datadog, etc.).
