Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Developer to join our leadership team. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with architectural vision and managerial responsibilities, driving innovation in our product-based fintech ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across backend, frontend, mobile, and database technologies, with proven experience in scalable system design, team leadership, and product delivery.

Industry: Product-based Fintech (Credit Bureau)

Core Expertise: Java (JDK 25), Spring Framework/Boot, Hibernate, JPA, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Elasticsearch/searching technology

Frontend Skills: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, Angular (v21), ReactJS (18/19 with Redux)

DevOps & Build Tools: Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, SonarQube

Preferred Add-ons: AWS/Azure cloud experience (4+ years, certifications a plus), Android (Kotlin), iOS (Swift v5/v6), GeNAi (LLMS and Machine learning model)

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance fintech applications.
• Define coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Lead modernization initiatives (e.g., migration to microservices, cloud-native deployments).

Managerial & Strategic Role

• Manage and mentor a team of developers, architects, and engineers.
• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Drive delivery timelines, resource planning, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with fintech regulations, data security, and audit requirements.

Hands-on Development

• Contribute to backend and frontend development when required.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and DevOps practices.

Good to Have

• AWS/Azure certification or 4+ years of hands-on cloud experience
• Jenkins pipeline know-how
• Azure DevOps & pipeline creation
• SonarQube integration for code quality

Candidate Profile

Strong background in product-based companies, preferably in fintech or credit bureau domains.

• Proven ability to lead teams, drive technical strategy, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
