Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Full-Stack Developer (Fresher) who is eager to learn, build, and take ownership of features end-to-end. This role offers hands-on exposure to real production systems, close mentorship from senior engineers, and the opportunity to grow into a strong full-stack contributor.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building and enhancing frontend and backend features from requirement understanding to production release.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code with guidance from senior developers.
• Participate in code reviews, learn best practices, and improve code quality over time.
• Debug issues, identify root causes with support, and follow through until resolution.
• Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead and Product team to understand requirements and implementation details.
• Follow disciplined engineering processes including pull requests, JIRA updates, testing, QA, and releases.
• Deliver sprint tasks on time while maintaining quality and professionalism.
• Gradually take increased ownership of features as confidence and skills grow.
• Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical skills).
• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript (TypeScript is a plus).
• Working knowledge or academic/project exposure to the MERN stack:
• MongoDB
• Express.js
• React
• Node.js
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and how frontend and backend systems interact.
• Familiarity with Git, version control, and basic pull-request workflows.
• Understanding of core concepts like data structures, backend logic, and API performance basics.
• Willingness to learn cloud platforms (AWS) and deployment practices.
• Comfort working in a sprint-based development environment.
• Strong learning mindset, ownership attitude, and ability to work through ambiguity.
• Clear, respectful, and professional communication.

Good to Have (Bonus)

• Internship or academic project experience in full-stack development.
• Exposure to AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
• Experience with Flutter or mobile app development.
• Personal projects, GitHub contributions, or live demos.
