Our India office supports critical functions such as RFP development, research, data analysis, software development, and project management support.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate has strong expertise across both front-end and back-end technologies, thrives in collaborative environments, and is passionate about delivering high-quality, maintainable code.

This role requires a strong understanding of modern development frameworks, API design, database architecture, cloud platforms, and DevOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications across the full technology stack
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces
• Develop robust, secure, and high-performance back-end services and APIs
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability
• Implement security and data protection best practices
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical strategy
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Strong experience in back-end development using: Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices
• Solid understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern architectural patterns such as microservices or serverless
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and automated testing
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Exposure to security best practices and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, SSO)
• Experience with performance monitoring and logging tools
