Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable web applications utilizing Python, Node.js, React.js, Express, and PostgreSQL
- Spearhead the creation of auto ingestion scripts and sophisticated admin dashboards, streamlining processes and elevating user experiences.
- Engineer advanced filtering mechanisms and international currency support within our backend systems, ensuring seamless functionality and adaptability.
- Harness the power of data analysis tools such as Pandas and Matplotlib to drive actionable insights from complex datasets, empowering decision-making processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, React.js, and associated frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, with a keen eye for scalable architecture and best practices.
- Strong familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN), issue tracking tools (JIRA), and modern IDEs (VS Code, PyCharm)
- Experience working in an Agile development environment, with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities and requirements.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Heroku) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is advantageous
