Senior Full Stack Developer (Nest.js && React.js) - Real Estate SaaS Platform

About the Project

We are developing an innovative real estate visualization platform that transforms how properties are marketed and sold. Our SaaS solution enables realtors and property developers to create immersive, interactive property showcases without technical expertise. The project is in early development, and youll have the opportunity to contribute significantly to the architecture and implementation of core features.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience in both React.js and Nest.js to join our remote team. You will be responsible for implementing assigned features and tasks with high quality and efficiency. As a senior developer, we expect you to deliver reliable, well-tested code that adheres to the projects established architecture and guidelines. While project management and technical leadership will be provided, your expertise and input will be valued in technical discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable code for both frontend React) and backend Nest.js) components
• Implement features according to technical specifications and architectural guidelines
• Write comprehensive tests (unit and E2E to ensure code quality
• Collaborate with the team to solve complex technical challenges
• Review code and provide constructive feedback
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript and modern JavaScript
• Advanced experience with React.js and its ecosystem (hooks, context, etc.)
• Solid experience with Nest.js for backend development
• Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies Jest, Playwright, etc.)
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git)
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and practices
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (like Cursor) while maintaining
• code quality and ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with frontend build tools like Vite
• Familiarity with UI component libraries and design systems
• Knowledge of cloud services and deployments
• Understanding of authentication and authorization principles
• Prior experience working on SaaS products

Working Arrangement

• 100% Remote
• Hourly rate (to be discussed based on experience)
• Regular communication via project management tools and video meetings
