Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop new features as well as modify existing features to meet the constantly involving

requirements of our Telco operating system as we expand globally.

Write comprehensive automated tests (Unit Tests, Integration Tests, Journey Integration tests)

for the features you are developing.

Write performant code and constantly incorporate the code review feedback provided by senior

developers into the features you are assigned to work on.

Utmost attention to detail and quality in all work assignments.

Participate in R&D work as per the requirements of a capability.

Actively participate in all team discussions and contribute effectively to those discussions.

Document the design details (APIs, various design diagrams etc.) under the guidance of senior

developers.

Support during production issue troubleshooting activities to ensure smooth operation of our

live customer environments meeting customer SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Demonstrated expertise in Java development, including strong proficiency with the

Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, etc.).

Extensive experience with React.js and its fundamental principles.

Proficiency with front-end build tools (Vite) Solid understanding of database design and

practical experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) Familiarity with

leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile

methodologies.

Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership capabilities.

Desirable Skills:

Experience with microservices architecture.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions
