Youstar Sports is building next-generation sports technology to democratize performance analysis for grassroots and competitive athletes. We are currently developing an interactive football tactics & analysis web platform that enables coaches, players, and analysts to visually break down the game using modern, intuitive tools.

Were looking for a Full-Stack Developer who is excited about building high-performance, interactive products from scratch and wants to work at the intersection of sports, design, and technology .

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to help build an interactive football tactics and analysis tool for our web application. The ideal candidate will have experience designing high-performance applications with drag-and-drop player positioning, drawing tools, and support for images and video frames, while delivering a smooth, user-friendly experience.

• Build an interactive football pitch with drag-and-drop player positioning and tactical drawing tools
• Implement Canvas/SVG-based rendering for smooth real-time interactions
• Design and develop clean, responsive UI/UX across desktop and tablet devices
• Develop backend APIs for:
• User authentication & authorization
• Saved tactics, sessions, and annotations
• Media uploads (images & video frames)
• Optimize performance for:
• Video frame handling
• Canvas rendering
• Real-time interactions
• Implement scalable backend architecture , caching, and asynchronous workflows
• Deploy and maintain applications using Docker and cloud infrastructure (AWS)
• Collaborate closely with the founder and product team on feature design and iteration

React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, MongoDB/PostgreSQL, WebSockets, Canvas/SVG, Video.js, AWS, JWT Authentication

• Experience with WebSockets / real-time systems
• Video handling using Video.js, FFmpeg, or similar
• Experience deploying applications on AWS (EC2, S3, CloudFront, RDS)
• Knowledge of Docker & CI/CD pipelines
• Interest in sports, football analytics, or interactive visual tools
