Primary Focus: Develop APIs and middleware packages to integrate application workflows, R/RShiny applications and CLIs. Understanding of web/cloud architecture patterns and some ability to do integrate/debug from UI layer to DB layer is required. · Language Proficiency: JavaScript (TypeScript), Python – Advanced, R – Advanced, SQL – Proficient · Technologies: Lambda, Docker, ECS, Step Functions, Node · Frameworks: AWS SDK, Express, Pandas, Flask, FastAPI, RShiny Example Tasks: • Containerize an existing application • Write a CLI wrapper that calls APIs • Develop API query large amounts of data to end-user • Develop middleware integrations for R code to integrate with APIs
