Job Title: Full Stack AI Developer (React/Python & GenAI)

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore (work from office - 5 days a week)

Work Hours: 9:30 AM onwards

About the Role:

Our client is looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack AI Developers who thrive at the intersection of modern web development and cutting-edge Generative AI. You will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining full-stack applications where robust front-end interfaces meet sophisticated AI/LLM-powered back-end logic. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end web applications with aReactfront-end and aPythonback-end.
• Architect, implement, and integrateLarge Language Model (LLM)capabilities into production applications usingLangChainandLangGraphfor building complex, multi-step AI workflows and agents.
• Build, manage, and optimize cloud-native applications on theGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP)ecosystem (e.g., Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Vertex AI, Firestore, Cloud Storage).
• Develop scalable APIs and microservices to connect AI models with user-facing applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into functional, high-performance AI features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on scalability and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, cloud services, and full-stack development practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 1.5 to 4 yearsof professional experience in full-stack development.
• Frontend:Strong proficiency inReact.jsand its core principles (hooks, state management, component lifecycle).
• Backend:Strong proficiency inPythonand frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• AI/ML:Hands-on experience withLLM integrationusingLangChainandLangGraph. Experience in building agents, chains, and stateful workflows.
• Cloud:Proven experience withGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP)services for deployment, compute, and storage.
• Experience with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector).
• Understanding of LLM concepts like prompting, fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and embeddings.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual Salary Range:30 - 45 LPA (commensurate with experience and skills)

Work Mode:

This is a full-time, on-site role based out of our office inWhitefield, Bangalore. Candidates must be willing to work 5 days a week from the office.
