Role Overview

We are hiring a Full Stack + AI Engineer to help shape the next generation of the

EduNXT platform. This is a high-ownership role where you will design core systems, build

end-to-end features, and drive AI-led product innovation alongside the founding team.

You wont just execute tasks youll help define architecture, engineering standards, and

the technical direction of the product.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Engineering

Build responsive, high-performance web applications

Develop scalable frontends using React.js / Next.js

Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and/or PHP

Design and integrate REST APIs, microservices, and third-party services

Implement secure authentication (JWT, OAuth)

Optimize performance across web and mobile platforms

Work with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB

Manage deployments using CI/CD pipelines on AWS and Azure

Follow solid system design principles to build scalable applications

AI & Intelligent Systems

Integrate LLMs, ML pipelines, and AI-powered modules into the product

Build intelligent automation, insights, and decision-support features

Prototype and deploy AI features rapidly

Work with frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT, or similar

Design systems capable of reasoning, workflow automation, and autonomous

actions

Ownership & Leadership

Act as a technical champion for the product

Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices

Collaborate with founders on architecture and product roadmap

Drive fast, high-quality development in a startup environment

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field

2+ years of hands-on software development experience

Strong expertise in Next.js and modern UI/UX development

Backend experience with Node.js or PHP

Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs

Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps workflows, and containerization

Exposure to Python, AI/ML, LLMs, or intelligent systems is a strong advantage

Strong debugging, analytical thinking, and communication skills

Self-driven, ownership mindset, and comfort working in fast-moving environments
