Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack .NET MVC Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications using the Microsoft .NET technology stack. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC , .NET Framework/.NET Core , and related technologies.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in technical designing and architectural discussions.
- Integrate applications with databases, APIs, third-party services, and internal systems.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and production issues.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery of features.
- Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ASP.NET MVC development.
- Strong knowledge of C# , OOP concepts , and .NET Framework / .NET Core .
- Experience with REST APIs / Web API development and integration.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript , and front-end frameworks (jQuery/Bootstrap).
- Proficiency in working with SQL Server , writing complex queries, stored procedures, and optimization.
- Familiarity with Entity Framework / LINQ .
- Experience with Git , CI/CD pipelines , or version control systems.
- Understanding of secure coding practices and performance optimization.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Exposure to Azure , AWS , or other cloud platforms.
- Experience with .NET Core MVC and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Angular , React , or Vue .
- Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit, MSTest).
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
