Job Description

We're seeking ambitious, entrepreneurial Full Desk US Staffing/Consulting Recruiters based in India who are ready to work with US clients, drive revenue, and build a thriving recruitment business from home. Work Arrangement

Location: Remote from India

Working Hours: PST (Pacific Standard Time) - US West Coast hours

Time Zone: Willingness to work during PST business hours (approximately 9:30 PM - 6:30 AM IST)

What You'll Do

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Proactively identify and pursue new client opportunities in the US market through strategic outreach, networking, and market research
  • Conduct discovery calls with US-based companies to understand their hiring needs, culture, and business objectives
  • Present our recruitment solutions and build compelling business cases for partnership
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements to secure new contracts
  • Build your own book of business with complete autonomy

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your US client portfolio, building trusted advisor relationships across time zones
  • Regularly engage with clients to anticipate hiring needs and provide strategic workforce planning insights
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery that drives client retention and generates referrals
  • Expand accounts through upselling additional services and increasing placement success rates

End-to-End Recruitment Execution

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles from intake through candidate placement
  • Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and automation technology to identify and engage top-tier candidates efficiently
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, video interviews, and reference checks
  • Guide both candidates and clients through offer negotiations and smooth onboarding processes
  • Coordinate across time zones to ensure seamless communication

Revenue Generation & Ownership

  • Own your quarterly and annual revenue targets with complete accountability
  • Utilize cutting-edge AI technology to maximize efficiency, increase placements, and scale your productivity
  • Track pipeline metrics and continuously optimize your sales and recruitment strategies
  • Function as an independent business owner within our platform

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in full desk recruiting, IT/tech staffing, or US staffing operations
  • Proven track record of business development and meeting/exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) suitable for US client interactions
  • Experience working with US clients or in US time zones preferred
  • Flexibility to work PST hours with dedication and consistency
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with hunger for success
  • Comfort with technology and enthusiasm for AI-driven recruitment tools

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Familiarity with US hiring practices, employment markets, and business culture
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and recruitment technology
  • Knowledge of IT/technology recruitment, contract staffing, or niche industry recruiting
  • Proven ability to source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills across cultures
  • Excellent organizational abilities with capability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
