Our India team forms the operational backbone of Babaclicks cross-border fulfilment engine, enabling the international movement of goods through disciplined processes, logistics intelligence, and execution-first workflows.

Were hiring a Fulfilment Operations Coordinator to support the execution of Babaclicks international fulfilment operations, working closely with our UK warehouse team and internal sourcing teams.

This role sits at the intersection of warehouse execution, logistics coordination, and cross-border fulfilment operations, ensuring that orders are processed, packed, labelled, and dispatched accurately and on time.

This role is execution-heavy and process-driven. It requires close coordination with international teams and strict adherence to operational workflows.

It is best suited for candidates who are comfortable working in structured operational environments where accuracy, discipline, and attention to detail are critical.

What Youll Do

• Coordinate with the UK warehouse team in real time to ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, labelled, and dispatched
• Manage order execution across Babaclicks cross-border fulfilment lanes (UK, US, EU)
• Generate and coordinate shipping labels and dispatch documentation through internal fulfilment systems
• Track shipments end-to-end and help resolve delivery exceptions, delays, or operational issues
• Maintain accurate shipment trackers, operational logs, and fulfilment documentation
• Communicate clearly with international teams and warehouse partners to ensure smooth order execution
• Ensure adherence to fulfilment SOPs and flag recurring issues or process gaps
• Support operational coordination between Procurement, Sourcing, and Warehouse teams

• Comfort working with international teams and time-zone-driven operations
• Exceptional conversational English clear, confident, professional communication is non-negotiable
• Strong Google Sheets capability (tested during hiring)
• Highly detail-oriented, organised, and process-driven
• Ability to stay calm and structured in fast-moving operational environments
• Fast learner with a strong ownership mindset
• Gurgaon-based or able to commute reliably (on-site role only)

Working Hours: 12:00 PM 9:30 PM IST | MondayFriday

(Alternate Saturdays may be required based on operational load)
