Position Summary  

Detail oriented and analytical professional responsible for optimizing supply chain operations through data driven insights and process improvements. Collaborates with cross functional teams to collect and interpret data to identify trends, and providing actionable insights to improve inventory management & logistics. Utilizes advanced software tools and industry best practices to streamline workflows, monitor KPIs, and support strategic decision-making.    

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Supervise daily supply chain activities by co-ordination with Third Party Logistics and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
• Handling Vendor payments, Invoicing and Provisions
• Vendor Bill Validation
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods

Basic Qualifications

• Supply Chain/Logistics background with more than 5 years of experience in the related field
• Knowledge in GST Compliances, Customs
• Good communication skills
• Expertise in Power BI, Excel, power point
• Graduate from a recognized university

Preferred Qualifications

• Post graduate diploma in the relevant field will be an added advantage
• Demonstrates problem solving/analytical/planning skills gained through formal education, certification, and work experience
• Results/solution oriented
• Excellent co-ordination skills since this position will require the candidate to co-ordinate between multiple teams / stakeholders to collect inputs on the management objectives 
• Expertise in Excel, power point
• Excellent interpersonal skills 
• Exhibits a strong sense of urgency
• Work on urgent tasks to completion where it might require working more than daily normal working hours
• Good PC skills to aid/assist in the completion of essential job responsibilities
