FTM Developer

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

• Design and develop code applications to technical and functional programming standards.
• Provide prime assistance toward application releases installation into production under given direction.
• Coordinate and involve in structured peer reviews and walkthroughs.
• Plan and implement every needed process steps as defined in methodologies.
• Present application and technical support as necessary at right time.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to think creatively to deliver solutions through continuous improvement
• Ability to learn and apply technical information in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
• Based on business needs design of state machine diagram and activity diagram using RSA to invoke specific event and action that allow workflow to reach particular state.
• Development of message flow in IBM IIB such as actions, inbound/outbound mappers as per FSM diagrams that will constitute FTM operation.
• Installation and configuration FTM that includes configuration of WAS, IIB, DB2 and Rational Software Architect
• Expertise in Linux and Mainframe based FTM solutions.

Good-to-Have

• Banking & Finance Domain Experience  
• Experience working in agile projects, preferably Scaled Agile (SAFe)
