Salesforce Expertise: 
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Field Service, incl. FS mobile app and advanced scheduling and optimization
 - Strong experience with Salesforce declarative programming and administration features, strong knowledge of Flows required
 - Strong experience with web services, APIs, and integration technologies
 - Strong Knowledge of data migration techniques and ETL tools (e.g., Talend)
 - Strong Apex code experience requirement, highly needed to:
- Extend the SF standard capabilities to highly-specific ones
- Manage integrations and API developments with ERP, Workforce Management System in particular, but also with the various legacy or new solutions required to meet country needs
- Write / manage the development of efficient code for handling large-scale data processing and manipulations, critical in a highly-customized domain dealing with substantial amounts of data
- Be able to test and debug efficiently in a domain dealing with critical field operations - Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming concept, programming and design patterns
 - Proficiency in Lightning Web Components development
 - Proficiency in security and access control features.
Field Service Industry Knowledge: 
- Understanding of field service business requirements, operations and technologies, with the ability to translate them into technical solutions
 - Experience with Field Service-specific features and customizations.
Leadership and Management: 
- Ability to lead and manage technical project teams, both onshore and offshore
 - Experience in mentoring junior team members and conducting code reviews
 - Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders, including clients and business leaders.
Project Management: 
- Capability to oversee full lifecycle enterprise software projects
 - Experience in gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions
 - Ability to manage environment and coordinate with Solution / Technical Architects, Country Solution Owners and Project Managers.
