Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SFDC Development & Customization Salesforce DevOPS SFDC Service Cloud SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration. The role involves working in a hybrid model with a day shift. The candidate will contribute to our IT Consulting and Analytics domains driving innovation and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable.
- Oversee the customization and configuration of Salesforce applications optimizing performance and user experience.
- Provide technical expertise in SFDC Development & Customization ensuring best practices are followed.
- Implement and manage Salesforce DevOPS processes enhancing deployment efficiency and reliability.
- Develop and maintain SFDC Service Cloud solutions improving customer service and support capabilities.
- Design and implement SFDC Lightning components enhancing the user interface and experience.
- Configure Salesforce applications to meet specific business needs ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends applying them to improve solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Contribute to the companys IT Consulting and Analytics initiatives driving innovation and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in SFDC Development & Customization ensuring best practices are followed.
- Have extensive experience in Salesforce DevOPS enhancing deployment efficiency and reliability.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Service Cloud improving customer service and support capabilities.
- Show expertise in SFDC Lightning enhancing the user interface and experience.
- Have a solid understanding of SFDC Configuration ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
- Experience in IT Consulting and Analytics is a plus driving innovation and efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning.
