EY- Finance FS – Senior- Private Equity

As part of our EY-Finance FS Team, the individual will be responsible for working closely with Managers.

The opportunity

We are looking for experts in Travel & expense processes to execute critical functions such as expense report, ensuring comply with company policies.     

Your key responsibilities:

• Execute the following Finance Private Equity solutions using Global service delivery framework:
  • Reviewing and auditing expense claims
  • Processing reimbursements
  • Providing support to employees on policy and system issues
  • Analysing T&E data, preparing financial reports, and identifying opportunities for process improvement to control costs and improve efficiency.
  • Proven experience working with Concur or a similar T&E management system. 
  • Audit out of compliance expense reports in accordance with company policy.
  • Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to reconcile and pay corporate card transactions, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate reporting. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and process changes

Skills and attributes for success:

• Good understanding of Private Equity Finance operations
• Candidate from consulting background in PE finance would be an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of ledger/subledger and financial ERPs.
• Strong experience in Travel & Expense.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with client and senior management.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, CPA or MBA finance with 5-10 years of experience in Travel & Expense management.
• Familiarity with tools such as Concur, Coupa, Tymetrix 360 is preferred.
