Frontend & UI Engineer (React , PWA)

We are seeking a skilled Frontend & UI Engineer with strong expertise in React.js and modern web technologies . In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing responsive, high-performance web applications and Progressive Web Apps (PWAs). You will work closely with backend teams, designers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications across web and mobile platforms.

• Develop and maintain scalable frontend applications using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
• Build reusable UI components using HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind CSS, and Material UI
• Ensure responsive, mobile-first design and cross-browser compatibility
• Implement App Shell Architecture for optimized loading experiences

• Design and implement Progressive Web Apps
• Configure and manage Service Workers, Web App Manifest
• Enable offline support, caching strategies, and push notifications
• Optimize PWA performance using Lighthouse audits
• Deploy PWAs for Android and iOS platforms

• Handle applications across Web, Android, and iOS
• Understand platform-specific UI/UX considerations
• Work with React Native (basic to intermediate optional) for cross-platform needs

• Manage application state using Redux, Redux Toolkit
• Utilize Context API and React Query for efficient data handling

• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs
• Handle API calls using Axios / Fetch
• Work with JSON data formats
• Implement authentication using JWT and basic OAuth concepts

• Write unit and component tests using Jest and React Testing Library
• Perform basic end-to-end testing using Cypress
• Debug and optimize applications using Chrome DevTools and Lighthouse

• Implement code splitting and lazy loading
• Optimize web performance and loading times
• Apply secure authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Follow basic web security best practices

• Use Git (GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket) for version control
• Understand CI/CD basics
• Manage environment configurations across development stages

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong knowledge of React.js and modern JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with responsive web development
• Understanding of frontend architecture and performance optimization
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Experience building and deploying Progressive Web Apps
• Familiarity with React Native
• Experience with performance optimization and Lighthouse audits
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of secure frontend development practices
