About the Role

We are expanding our multi-skilled POD teams that deliver day-to-day Digital Managed Services & Operations (MSO) for leading U.S. brands in CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Financial Services.

As aUI Developer , you will be the visual and interactive layer expert within the POD. You will translate UX designs into pixel-perfect, performant, and accessible front-end code, working closely with UX Specialists, Backend Developers, Analytics Dev, Marketing/AdTech Dev, and Compliance to ensure seamless, on-brand experiences that drive conversion and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build responsive, high-performance UI components using modern frameworks (React, Vue, or similar) in headless/composable environments
• Implement reusable design systems and component libraries for global consistency across markets
• Ensure WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards (ARIA, keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility)
• Optimize front-end performance (Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, image optimization, bundle size)
• Collaborate with UX on design handoff (Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD) and maintain brand guidelines
• Work with Analytics Dev to implement accurate event tracking and data layer requirements
• Support A/B testing and personalization variants with clean, modular code
• Participate in code reviews, QA testing, and deployment processes within the POD
• Contribute to monthly optimizations based on performance data and user feedback

Required Experience & Skills

47+ years in front-end/UI development with expertise in:

• Modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js preferred, Vue.js or Angular acceptable)
• HTML5, CSS3 (including Flexbox, Grid, CSS-in-JS), and responsive design principles
• Component-based architecture and reusable UI libraries
• Performance optimization techniques (Lighthouse, Web Vitals, code splitting)
• Accessibility implementation (WCAG standards, semantic HTML, ARIA)

Strong Integration Skills :

• Experience in headless CMS environments (ContentStack, Contentful, Sanity)
• Working with design tools (Figma, Sketch) and design system maintenance
• Collaboration with backend teams for API consumption and dynamic rendering

Tooling & Process :

• Proficiency in build tools (Vite, Webpack, NPM/Yarn) and version control (Git)
• Comfortable in agile environments with Jira, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Storybook)

Bonus Points

• Experience in regulated industries where visual compliance (e.g., FDA claim presentation) is critical
• Knowledge of personalization platforms and variant rendering
• Previous role in MSO/support contracts or multi-vendor delivery teams
• Exposure to server-side rendering (Next.js) or progressive web apps
