Job Summary: We are looking for a Supp

ort Engineer with 35 years of experience supporting Java and Java Script based web applications in production environments. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, hands-on experience troubleshooting front-end and backend issues, and the ability to work closely with engineering teams to ensure application stability, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2L3 support for Front End SAP Hybris based application both production and pre-production environments Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues related to Java backend services and JavaScript front-end components.
• Monitor application health, logs, and alerts to proactively identify and resolve issues
• Work closely with development teams to diagnose defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes or workarounds Support API integrations, service failures, and data-related issues
• Perform production deployments, hotfixes, and configuration changes as required
• Create and maintain support documentation, runbooks, and incident reports
• Participate in on-call rotations and handle incident escalations within SLA timelines
• Assist in improving system stability, performance, and operational processes

Required Skills:

• Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in application support or production support roles Strong hands-on experience with SAP Hybris in Production and non production environments
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP protocols, and asynchronous processing
• Experience analyzing logs, stack traces, and error reports to identify root causes
• Familiarity with LinuxUnix environments and basic command-line operations
• Experience with Git and issue-tracking tools Jira or similar Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Nice to Have:

• Experience with production monitoring and logging tools Splunk, ELK, Datadog, New Relic, etc.
• Exposure to CICD pipelines and release management processes Experience supporting microservices-based Java applications
• Familiarity with database troubleshooting SQL basics, query analysis
• Experience working in AgileScrum environments
